From start-up to development to modernization and internationalization, XCMG Group has experienced decades of trials and unremitting efforts. On May 1943,the establishment of XCMG’s predecessor.
In 1962,the first steam roller in China was manufactured at the construction machinery factory of XCMG.
In 1963,the first crawler crane was successfully invented at the heavy machinery factory of XCMG.
On March 1989, the XCMG group was established with the core parts of three major engine factories and one research institution in Xuzhou (Xuzhou Heavy Machinery Co.Ltd., Xuzhou Construction Machinery
Co.,Ltd.,Xuzhou Loader Factory and Xuzhou Construction Machinery Research Institute).
In 1996,the shares of XCMG were listed at Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In 1999,the revenue of XCMG surpassed 5 billion RMB for the first time.
In 2008,XCMG has achieved the revenue of over 40 bilion RMB for the best record in history.
In 2011,XCMG has created the revenue of 87 billion RMB,leading the Chinese construction machinery industry for 23 consecutive years.
